Navfree offers turn-by-turn directions, voice and on-screen instructions, offline map use and address search and live search via Google and Microsoft Bing, among many other features. Navfree is a completely free navigation app with no additional monthly charges. It uses map data created by a community of thousands of users around the world. This means that as the community grows so does the quality of the map data. Already in countries like the UK and Germany map data quality is excellent; in others the map data is growing fast.

Navfree features onboard maps that are stored directly onto your device so there is no need for a constant data connection whilst driving. It allows you to browse maps anytime, anywhere without paying for data connections. Also, benefit from no additional roaming charges when abroad.
Navfree uses crowd-powered data with the help of OpenStreetMap, a mapping system that has been created by over 300,000 users and, as such, the map data is free to use. OpenStreetMap could be described as the "Wikipedia of map data". As the data is reliant on its users, maps can occasionally be incorrect or not up to date, but with the use of Navfree’s inbuilt map feedback tool, maps can easily be edited by sending error reports.

• Easier than paper maps! Browse maps with multi-touch dragging and scrolling. Enables instant routing by selecting any point on the map and clicking ‘Route here’ - great when the full address of where you need to get to is unknown.
• On-board maps - no data connection required* to browse maps or use the address search.
• Multiple guidance displays available - toggle between 2D, 3D or safety screen mode.

I'm confused...
Can someone tell me WHY would anyone pay £40+ for TomTom when this costs, erm, £40+ less and is just as gud?!?! Got it, loved it, promoted it. Get it!!

Great navigation
Lot of improvements, just make sure your gps is on in iPhone Settings->General->Location Services!!!

Can't get it to connect anymore says gps off won't switch back on even tried reloading was great until then :((((
